Cant use Gold Coins of the Obsidian to pay lot taxes

I have 6K per day to pay in lot taxes. I am playing to only pay taxes and can't even attempt the story line or do anything else enjoyable. I am trying to use cotos to pay lot taxes for Lots I paid real money and in my own POTS (not bitter here) and when I attempt to click on Add Credit, NOTHING HAPPENS but I have 6 Gold Coins of the Obsidian's in my inventory

I have 3 computers - 2 of them exhibit the same results where cotos dont work but my 3rd computer does allow me to do this. I uninstalled and reinstalled SOTA and there was no difference.

 

Thanks, I came in here seeing if this bug was reported, but Ill try this technique later.

I play on the linux client, if that matters. Couldnt get the "Add Credit" button to respond. Will try the resize later (got GF aggro for now).
