Accessing Hilt fortress

I have tried both today and yesterday to get to the bottom of Hilt fortress and consistently get kicked out to the pass. This has happened 4 or 5 times, so not an isolated incident. I have all current patches etc. But when i get to the 3rd or 4th closed door it is labeled Night Shade pass and that is where i end up. I'm sorry but i don't know my computer's *guts* but am in windows 10.

 

Can you elaborate on the issue as you're observing it? When you say you're kicked out, you're getting crashed out of the game, or is it zoning your somewhere else? Could you include /loc chat command coordinates for the door where you're seeing this problem/ Thank you for reporting.

 

well this is very embarrassing.. but i have since learned i had missed a turn i was supposed to make.. so all the issue was user error
