No More Wood Scrap !!! (seriously, address before live!!!)

I reported this in a pm and in discord and now I'm coming here... I've seen several patches, no response, and it's still broken... this is a 911 imo because I'm a carpenter so ... HALP!!!

This is working for me in build 400, and I am using the peasant tables in Resolute

 

sweet, patching to 400 to test on the other tables and see if it's fixed globally... thanks for the heads up.

 

Still an issue in QA.Win.64.400

 

I have tested this on normal, expert, benefactor, and founder tables and am able to salvage everything so far.

 

What tool are you using?

 

Are you salvaging the items I listed? You can salvage EVERYTHING you craft, and EVERYTHING that gives metal scrap. You cannot salvage lesser wands or staffs and you cannot salvage shoddy bows... that's my experience.

 

I am using prosperity tools, and yes lesser wands, lesser staffs, elven bows, war hammers, axes, I am able to scrap them all. What table are you using?

 

I just verified it to be BROKEN on 3 different crafting tables in 3 different towns and both the east and west side of novia and in day or night. verified with a prosperity hammer and the hammer purchased from the vendor... 100% repro... and, another video of this happening on LIVE now as well (whaaaat? Why is this on live now?)

That is odd.... The only difference would be what we are wearing, and account type. I am 105 carpentry on test and live server.

 

100 live for salvage and carpentry and 120 test for salvage and carpentry

 

I did a fresh reinstall of the game today and still cannot scrap...

So... I'm blocked from crafting at affordable rates because I have to use double the core components now... any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Seems like R34 is just begging me to take a break for a while with the constant CTDs, virtue changes, and blockers with crafting....

 

That is very odd. I salvaged lesser staves, lesser wands, shoddy bows, elven bows, and a heavy war hammer last night at the carpentry station in the Owl's Head crafting pavilion with my Carpentry Hammer of Prosperity. Looking at your system specs, the big difference I see is you are on Windows 10 and I'm on Windows 7 (Pro 64-bit). We have the same GPU and system RAM. My processor is a little less, being an i7-3770K.

 

I've tried dx9 and dx11

 

In any release, I have never received anything but "A problem occurred while crafting. Please try again later." while salvaging under carpentry. Ever.

 

Has always worked fine for me salvaging lesser staves and wands.

 

worked for me until I updated from R33 to R34 QA... since then I haven't been able to on live or QA... I have no idea what that changed but it seems like it's something in the registry or local system files which is why I tried to do a reinstallation.

I could use some help on this one @Attenwood / @Chris ... it's basically making me uncompetitive at crafting and put me at a standstill... I have 3 orders in and I'm waiting on making scrap to fill them!

Based on what I'm seeing the table, the skill level, the adventurer level, and the zone aren't the issue... I'm guessing it's a localized install issue with the files on the computer that are hosting the client... I'm going to verify that later this week by doing a reformat on one of my two systems and a fresh installation (I haven't found the registry keys or files that are creating the issue) which will tell me if I'm right or wrong.
