    THey are killing those poor cats on sight !!!!!!!!

    Let's eradicate the citizen to save the kitty !

    Ever considered that they might be hyper-allergic to cats and this is all to prevent people suffering?

    Yeah, they're not virtuous. They're not even petting the dogs. NPC's should pet the dogs. Then run over and kick the cats.
