Elysian Illumination STILL too intense

1. Title:Elysian Illumination - The 'yellow' effect is way to bright
2. Reproduction Rate: always
3. Blocker?: Well, I haven't been able to use this spell since R36, so it is blocking for this spell.
4. Details:
   I can not use this spell anymore because the yellow is so heavy I can't see anything on my screen. This spell was made combat only, which I dont mind at all, but we can not use it in combat either now because we can not see anything else on the screen.
5. Steps to Reproduce: cast it and see (or not see I should say)

 

Also still not a bug, and is known. (though it has bugs associated with it)

 

I would argue that it is, in fact, a defect. Unless the intent of change to intensity was to make it so that you couldn't see anything on the screen; which I will give benefit of the doubt to the dev team, this is a defect.
