Question about Holtrot

    Is Holtrot based on a common POT template? If so are there other Player Towns that use it? I really like the layout and look of it, but there don't seem to be any resources in Holtrot.

    Holtrot, as in the suburb near Owl's Head ?

    That is a PRT, a town added to provide supplemental housing. It is not a POT.

    I believe it is based on the older Forest town template that many earlier PRT towns were based on, meaning they lack a central hub with amenities. :)
