[Known]can not combat

1. Title: can not combat with enemy
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%

4. I think this post may contain multiple isssue.

a. My arm (polearm) can attack enemy few seconds, but after 10 seconds, it can not cause any damage to enemy. I think this is known probrem.
b. Stan attack from Ebon Ciltist Fighter is lasting. So I can not kill this enemy but also not run out here,
include use recall scroll.​

5: Step to Reproduce:

a. exit jaanaford.
b.enter forest siege.
c. encount Ebon Cultist Fighter. He will use eternal stan attack. So I can do nothing​

This is a known issue that ought to be resolved in an upcoming patch tied to either use of Polearms by players/npcs, or the use of Torpor. Thanks for reporting.
