IMCRF Cloak went *poof* [NOT lost to PvP]

I was involved in PvP earlier today, the cloak never showed up in the Price of the Oracle - so I am pretty sure that it was not lost to PvP.

I am careful to watch what I sell to the vendor and I am sure that I did not sell it off (besides, aren't they Zero value and can't be sold anyway?).

Is there any way to find out what happened to my cloak?

1. Title: IMCRF Cloak went *poof* [NOT lost to PvP]
2. Reproduction Rate: only had one cloak, not really eager to reproduce this loss.
3. Blocker? not sure what that is asking for.
4. Details: As above, cloak went AWOL and it never showed up on the Price of the Oracle after PvP this morning, and I am fairly certain that it was not sold to an NPC
5. Steps to Reproduce: ... not sure how to make it happen again, even if I wanted to.
