[Info needed] Squiggly lines while silhouetted against water

    Title: Squiggly lines while silhouetted against water
    Reproduction Rate: Every time I stand in front of water.
    Blocker? No
    Details: While standing in front of a watery scene, squiggly lines appear on my sword and the outline of my body which ripple with the water.
    Steps to Reproduce: Approach a watery scene and stand in combat mode with a weapon. You will also see squiggly lines in the flora if it is silhouetted as well.
    User Specs: Windows 10 Home
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz
    Ram: 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
    System: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

    I won't be able to for another week. We are in the process of moving into our new house and don't have internet. If you go to greymark forrest and stand by the water in there, you should be able to see the lines. They outlined the grass blades, my sword, my avatar, etc. I was also in the "simple" video mode in the video options. Sorry I can't be anymore help on that at the moment.
