[Known] Leaf shield no block or fizzle chance

    4. Details: I REALLY hope this isn't a bug but the new leaf shield has no inherent block chance or fizzle chance. I'll personally be happy if its working as intended but it seemed like an oversight... (Frankly the fizzle chance difference between wielding a wand in your off hand vs using a shield in your off hand makes it hard to justify using most shields)
