How does Dual Wielding work?

    Been trying a few things as I'm testing the new Outskirts, and was just curious.

    In the animation, it appears that the second weapon is never swung. Is this just the animation or is no damage happening for it as well?

    Beran's Reach, Beregost and Whyte Roc
    you need to get the Offhand Attack skill to make the offhand weapon attack... ^_^ get the Offhand Defense skill to increase your defense when dual wielding... get the Offhand Power skill to increase the power of your Offhand Attack... :D also, Offhand Attack doesn't use Focus and it has no Cooldown... you can execute multiple Offhand Attack continously.... SPAM it and KILL it... LOL

    What do you mean it has no cooldown? The tooltip says a 5 sec cd. Also does the dmg from the skill add to the weapon damage?
