    Description: Stuck spots on the south staircase in the Duke Benefactor City house.
    Reproduction rate: 100%
    Blocker: No
    Details: (I wanted to post a video, but can't seem to get it to embed properly.)

    Steps to Reproduce: Use the south staircase.
