[Repro needed] Equipped Tools not showing up in inventory

I do NOT have the "hide equipped tools" toggled but none of my tools are showing up
They are still equipped however, as equipping a different tool swaps them.
I can also see them at the crafting table (and turning on/off hide equipped tools correctly hides them in the crafting window) but I cannot see them in my regular inventory. No filters of any kind.

Saw them earlier today, they've just disappeared when I zoned back into town.
Checked husband's screen and his are showing up fine.

Windows 10 Location Brightbone Pass: I also have seen (4) instances of the tools disappear from inventory without any touching of controls. Relog and they are visible again

 

If you equip a spare tool, it will show again (just that tool, not the rest of them)

This happened to me today. Can't see any of my tools. Hide tools is not selected. Relogging hasn't helped so far. Still trying.
