[Info Needed]It's raining in my house

    Title: It's raining in my house.
    Reproduction Rate: 100% (I think).
    Blocker? No.
    Details: It's raining in my Grand City Chateau. This is new (sometime between build 616 and build 623), it didn't used to rain in here.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to my house and wait for it to rain, I guess.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192

    Let me add that in my Obsidian Three Story (Row) too, is raining inside (in all the floors).
