1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    Be sure to include the types of payment accepted in your post [In Game Gold, COTOs/Crowns, or in game item trade]

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    Hello everyone, I am Laddy MacDaddy the governor/owner of the Hamlet "Highland Keep of Clan MacDaddy".

    You can reach your future home via the wagon connection in SolTown.

    All rooms and plots are, and always will be, FREE!

    I have the following in my PoT:
    -Lamp posts throughout so you can see where you are going
    -Bulletin board for messages
    -Grasslands map so there is ample fishing. Who doesnt like fishing? Well... maybe the fish..
    -Lighting by crafting stations so you can see that you are crafting that longsword instead of a backpack
    -Gustball Field
    -Decorations (holidays are always fun!)
    -My Tax-Free Town lot (no risk of it ever going away) dedicated to crafting stations that everyone can use (do not have to be a resident for crafting stations, but are located right by the inn- also note the greenhouses are for locked down for myself and close friends)
    -Public Mailbox and Public Chest with rewards I place in when possible
    -My Tax-Free Village lot (no risk of it ever going away) dedicated to the Viking Inn- multiple floors with multiple rooms that will ALWAYS be free
    *One tenant moved in today 07/28/2017*
    -Private Mailbox and Kobold Remote Banking system located at the Inn so no need to walk back to the banker (once you become a resident/tenant)
    -Kobold Remote Bank access is right next to all of the vendors, the inn and crafting stations (once youre a resident I will grant you "guest" access to the village lot so you dont have to run back and forth to the banker at the docks)
    -Mail boxes
    -Dedicated NPC building with chairs and fireplace so you can gather to boast about your adventures!
    -4 essential NPCs outside (they walk around too much inside)- cooking merchant (has worms for fishing!), crafting merchant, decoration merchant and magic merchant (can add a guard or other NPCs if needed)
    -Plenty of Row house lots, village lots etc- I have a few placed but if you want your own lot all you have to do is message me, coordinate a time and you can pick where you want it (as per allowed with PoT plot restrictions as it is first come first serve)
    -Like to live underground? No problem, I have a 3-level town size basement underneath the town lot you can get a room in. Be the cave dweller you always wanted to be!

    Get yours before they are all gone (which will probably take until forever, lol, but still get your choice of what you want!)
