No Combat Bar

    Title: No Combat Bar
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes, mostly
    Details: When I go into combat, there is no combat bar... See screenshot. I tried it in a variety of locations with targets selected and not.
    Steps to Reproduce: Press Z
    User Specs:

    you may not have a deck equipped. it's possible to have none, which i think should be blocked.

    That was it, @Alley Oop, thank you.

    And you're right... The bug isn't the missing combat bar, but the ability to not have an equipped deck, and/or not get any notification when you don't have one.
