Steps to Reproduce:
1) Have the option "Show Chat Bubbles" unticked in the Game Options
2) Cast a spell
Result: the Words of Power show up in the Chat Bubble

I think the issue here is that it is still showing up even when all chat bubbles is disabled.

Please add an option to turn this feature off independently of the general chat bubbles. I'd still like to see the general ones, but I find these messages annoying.
