According to this video, he had been contemplating the name for almost two years. At some point he briefly mentions "New Britannia" as the potential name of a possible new world.

Yeah, you need a wide screen to view it. I can't save the photo as a .jpg. It only allows me to save the HTML. Thanks for the link though!

 

I see now. By clicking on "overview" I was able see a much smaller image and it's boarders. Thanks again.
