Options menu missing features

    The "Options" menu is missing a few features:

    - Adjusting the sound levels does not give any kind of "preview" of what the level is after dragging the sliders. (it should, similar to how the Windows "Volume Mixer" works)

    - There are no tool-tips for the video sub-menu, like there are for others. I.e. if someone wants to know what 'Aggressive Decoration Loading' or "Cull Interior Decorations", do.

    - There is no "Reset to defaults" option in the video settings (ie: if someone changes their brightness or Saturation from the default)
