Title: Courage questline - Harvest - Khary does not give passage

Reproduction Rate: 100%

Blocker? Yes - for a new player (although they can take a boat themselves, but then it won't clear the quest journal)

Details:
- I went to Harvest and spoke to Khary about getting passage to Estgard
- The conversation went fairly well until we got down to the end of it, then.... (see conversation in chat window below):


Steps to Reproduce:
- speak to Khary about getting passage to Estgard

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16298
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016

The image does not appear to be loading. Please provide step by step keyword instructions to reproduce.

Interesting, I see the image.

When Khary asks "Are you ready to go now, yes or no?" There is no "yes" or "no" keyword option. Further, he does not respond if you type in 'yes'. (I didn't try 'no.')

khary still does not give passage with 614, even though it's in the patch notes as fixed

 

As of Release 51 this is still not fixed.
