    Title: Chaotic Shield does NOT benefit from Chaos Specialization
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: As one of The Five Chaos specialists in all of Novia, I can safely say there is no "reduced reagent usage" from specialization in Chaos for Chaotic Shield. Uses four Obsidian Chips.
    Steps to Reproduce: Blithely dump 3.2 million XP into Chaos Specialization, then let 'er rip on Chaotic Shield!

    Same here. I'm another Chaos specialist and I can confirm it, and the only change is... 25% of consume reagent usage instead the 100%
