Help with the path of courage quest.

So I have the quest: Travel to Blood River.

It says

Use the Lunar Rift in Highvale to travel to the Elf camp in Blood River, so i have searched Highvale for at least an couple of hours and the only thing i have seen is a portal (Lunar Rift ?) to Owl's Head or something similar.

I feel like im not doing anything, just running around killing things looking for this rift. Any help will be appreciated. Do i need to reset my quests on the character menu ???

 

the rift is in the castle in highvale. lunar rift destinations change every 8 minutes depending on the moon rotation. jump in when it is going to he wished destination.

In Highvale it is up on a hill in the back of the town. If you see a graveyard, it's up some nearby stone stairs. As said before, the destinations change constantly.
