[Info needed] Unable to access Combat Decks

1. Title: Can't access combat decks
   
2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
   
3. Blocker? Can't change decks or change things in decks unless I drag to hotbar.
   
4. Details: Combat Decks = no access
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try to open combat decks. I have tried playing around with the hotkeys and changing them around but still unable to access them.
   
6. User Specs: Asus GL702VSK, 16GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1070 8GB, Windows 10 64 bit

 

Have you got the ability to do so from talking to an adventure trainer?

 

Go look and see if you have an active deck selected.

Possible you don't have one picked.

 

there's been a couple of reports lately of people who had previously unlocked combat decks at the trainer losing the ability. you may have to do it again.

Tagging you so you see the responses others have provided. I'm stumped on this, but I also think you should go to a combat trainer and see if you can unlock it. I'm not sure where you are at in the game, exactly. There is one across the bank of Soltown. Then hit Y to see if you can equip and modify a deck. Have you unlocked the combat bar before?

 

Hi, sorry to jump into this thread but I have the same issue. I deleted my old character that had access from early persistence and started a new character. I start with the utility bar from the beginning which is not supposed to be possible but I can't learn any advanced techniques such as the combat deck. No trainer gives me the option to ask about them. I have no idea what to do as well. I have tried resolute, soltown, and all outskirts areas. I even reset my quests. but still no option shows up,
