4. Details: Went into bandit headquarters in North Drachvald Spur. After clearing the bandits on the ground tried to go up stairs, but fell through. was able to pass through wall. However Wizard boss tried to go down stair and fell through stairs and got stuck at bottom. Could not kill him (out of range and dodge error) but he could still toss fire balls at me on occasion. Then jumped on roof of lock chest and fell through ceiling above

5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to bandit headquarters and try to go up the stairs. I have not tried this by refreshing the instance. However the second part of falling through the roof into locked room is possible.
