Title: "An error occcured during crafting, please try again later."
Reproduction Rate: Twice - two different players - two different skills
Blocker? Yes
Details:In the chat log, I see that the previous crafting job gave me an extra timber. Then I got that error message, and all my items on the table (the next job in the batch) were red. I couldn't craft, so I closed the table.

Opening it again, everything looked fine, but once I tried to craft it dropped me out of the table without error message or fanfare.

Update: Viola just had this happen, same thing, she can't use the table now, it kicks her off after she clicks craft. Her batching skill is 54.

She had just gotten a bonus leather, so that seems to be triggering it.

Also, she noticed that her Prosperity Tanning Knife is red (still 100/100,) so I checked and my Prosperity Cubit Measure is red too.

We can't unequip the tool now, and equipping a different one doesn't change the original away from red, although the new tool takes its place in a normal fashion. The original can't be reequipped, but the new tool CAN be used on the table.


Steps to Reproduce: It appears that getting an extra resource causes the bug.

I went to the smelting table without logging out and was able to make ingots using the same set of circumstances.

 

I've just experienced somethign similar while levelling butchery-batching. I hit level 56 and got an error while crafting, and now I can't butcher anything else, it kicks me off the table when the craft bar completes.

I tested this a few times, and it IS consuming the carcass, NOT giving me meat or xp, and NOT completing the craft.

Upon relogging, the 'consumed' carcases reappeared as individual stacks and it appears to be working normall now....

We are no longer able to repro this as of build (723) - not yet released. Once released, please let us know if you have issues still with the exact repro steps.
We tried with and without prosperity tools and with silver and iron.

Just happened to me on build 723

 

Confirmed just happened to me on build 723. Again at the butchery table.
It seems that its given me an extra "sinew" from the efficiency bonus, while chopping up obsidian bear carcass.

Reproduction Rate: Every time i try

Details: I have been getting kicked out of the butchery station since yesterday. First time you get the error below (screen shot), after you select ok and try again, no error message just kicks you out of the table.
Steps to Reproduce: Double click butchery station, select bear meat, make 40, fails after 2nd item and kicks from table

I have patched to 725 and still receive the same error on the butchery table.
This time i made 73 bear meat before it failed with the below error

It looks like we have identified and fixed the error that caused this bug. The fix should be present in the next patch.
