Title: Cursor appears during mouse-look causing control issues.
    Reproduction Rate: 100% reproducible.
    Blocker? No.
Details: While holding the right mouse button down for mouse-look, if any UI element appears or disappears then the mouse cursor becomes visible. This causes the mouse-look sensitivity to increase and also causes turning my camera to halt once the mouse reaches the edge of the screen. This is very frustrating. This issue has persisted since release 29. That is totally unacceptable. I would link all the issues I have posted about this but all past bug reports seem to have been deleted. Let me be clear that this issue was introduced when reticle mode was implemented.
Steps to Reproduce: The easiest way to reproduce this is to hold down the right mouse button (mouse-look) and then press the inventory hotkey. The inventory window will appear as well as the cursor.

Verified. This may be entered as a quality of Life fix, however, unless it is tied to the Unity mouse escape issue, it should be resolvable.
