[Known] Elder Elven Archer Gloves incorrect fizzle

    Title: Elder Elven Archer Gloves incorrect fizzle.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: The fizzle for the Elder Elven Archer Gloves (light armor) is 6%, which is the same as the Elder Elven Fighter Gloves (heavy armor). The archer gloves were previously (and incorrectly) marked as heavy armor. They were changed to light armor but the fizzle was not reduced to what light armor should be.
    Steps to Reproduce: See "Details".
