    - I tried to place a pot of mushrooms on the balcony of this row home, but could not do it in this particular section.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Try placing anything on this bugged section of this balcony.

    @Raven Swiftbow I apologize for the delay in response! The issue was not a decoration surface. On the first floor, your elven floor lamp was sized up and clipping through the balcony floor. I downsized the 2 floor lamps on the first floor and was able to move the mushrooms on the balcony over to the space where you were trying to place them.
