    This would be an excellent addition for the SotA parkour subculture (which afaik, hasn't been patched over).

    Oh, they have made a roof in Owl's head intangible so you fall through it :( I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, though.

    The one next to the one with the balcony at the village market. The route to get to the top of the tower on the guard's bridge (and from there to the crafting pavillion's roof). Will have to test if it's the entire roof or just a section and an alternative could be found.
