[Fixed 68831] Leather Quiver of Jealousy, Epic stats are lower than Legendary

    1. Title: Leather Quiver of Jealousy, Epic stats are lower than Legendary
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: The Epic quiver only gives 0.1 draw speed. The Common quiver also gives 0.1 draw speed. The Legendary quiver gave 0.2 draw speed.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Combine 2 legendaries up to Epic
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)
