[Fixed 68508] Grannus isn't sitting on his throne holding the Scepter of Dread

    Details: When advacing the Courage Path main quest, when you get the Travel to Valhold quest and enter the throneroom where Grannus is, he is standing and fully restored. He is supposed to be sitting on his throne holding the Scepter of Dread.

    Steps to Reproduce: With a quest reset follow the courage main quest up to Travel to Valhold and then go into Valhold Palace and go to the throne room where Grannus is. He will be standing and fully restored.
