    Wanted to add to this. I was in a party with one buddy of mine. When he starts to harvest, I glow, but he does not. He also said he did not see it on his end. If I harvested, I did not glow, but my buddy never said he was glowing either.

    can confirm. works on npcs too. just had an elf fighter start to glow when i started chopping a tree and he stopped when the animation finished
