    Title: Cannot Give Capt Kinsley's Letter to Stanley In Soltown. I have the letter
    Reproduction Rate: constant
    Blocker: Unkown
    Details: Cannot give Capt Kinsey letter to Stanley it does not give an option and the letter shows in my inventory
    Steps to Reproduce: Log out back in same status

    Look for the Kinsey keyword in the dialogue window and click that. A new window will appear and then you can hand Stanley the report. You can also manually type the word Kinsey in the dialogue window and press enter.

    With one of my Live test characters, I can confirm this is working correctly:
