[Fixed in patch 494] Kas ruins - no way to activate lower or upper elevator

Title: Kas ruins - no way to activate lower or upper elevator (? intended)

Details: last patch, there was a red wheel that I could spin to activate the elevators. Now there is no way to activate the elevator (red wheel is gone and cannot find another switch)
