[Submitted 66899] Keybind for 'Toggle GUI' will not properly reassign

    Title: Keybind for 'Toggle GUI' will not properly reassign

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details: Key binding for Toggle GUI(F9) will not properly reassign. Trying to change it causes 2 bugged interactions with the keybinding interface. #1 Toggles UI but keybind window remains in non-interactable state. #2 phantom reassignment of hotkey if that key is already in use. (list doesn't visually update)

    Steps to Reproduce: open controls and attempt to reassign Toggle GUI. For better results try to reassign to a keybind already in use.
