[Unable to Repro] NPC Outside of Lot Boundary

    I believe this to be the same bug as listed below by me, but with a different lot and different NPC.

    Details: The NPC changes positions constantly in and out of the lot boundaries, if I correct him, other people say he inside the wall of the building next to it.
