[Fixed 66986] Weapons Upgrade in Resolute Bug

    1. This is a persistent bug in my Journal
    Weapons Upgrade Information is the title of of the step that remains in my journal.

    2. I am directed to Whitten here in Resolute to upgrade my gear.
    Whitten will not accept any key words, and offers me no new gear choice. I have completed the Weapons Shipment and have the Plate armor set.

    3. no blocker

    5. Interacting with the npc, and the quest not clearing from my journal.

    whitten is currently a step in the norgard knightly gear quest and i believe when that was added the basic newbie "upgrade your gear" quest was moved. when i did this line a few days ago, i got it from horatio simone in highvale outskirts and it finished when i spoke to gilbert in highvale outskirts, no keyword needed.

    @Lily Byrd , I think I found the problem and just put in a fix. I'm not sure when the fix will be live, maybe a couple of days? When it's in, you should be able to say "weapon upgrade" to Whitten to complete the quest. Alternatively, if the quest was done but the journal didn't clear, I added something for the journal to auto-clear itself with no action necessary on your part.

    When I click on 'Armor shipment', it does nothing to trigger a response.

    The weapon upgrade and the armor shipment are 2 different quests. the weapon upgrade quest for whitten comes from the blacksmith in highvale outskirts and the armor shipment quest comes from the one knight by the lords house in resolute.
