[Fix Needs Testing 68035] Skill tab interaction blocked by crafting gump underneath it

    Started to craft on carpentry table. Opened table. Then, decided to make sure carpentry skill was set to raise. Opened skills window, but it was on adventure glyph tab. Clicked on the production tab, but the button under the skills window on the carpentry table activated instead. It was like the skills window was invisible to the game. I just happened to have them lined up by accident so the button underneath the production tab was a drop down menu on the crafting table to make a selection. That drop down will open instead of the production tab pressing and changing the skills window over to the crafting glyphs.

    verified. it doesn't have to be just the skill tab, either: if i open my inventory and place the filter field over that dropdown on a crafting table, the dropdown will override the filter field even though the inventory window is on top.

    this occurs on all ten types of crafting tables, on a printing press, and on a planting dialog.

    Title: Unable to filter recipe book when placed on top of inventory window

    Details: When the recipe book window is on top of the inventory window, clicking on the filter bar or red bookmark causes the inventory window to rise to the top instead of putting the cursor in the search box.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open both the recipe book and an inventory window, or other container. Move the recipe book so the search bar is on top of the inventory window. Try to enter search text in the recipe book, or click on the bookmark. The inventory window rises to the top.
