[Fixed 68080] cloaks clipping through mounts when donned after mounting

    Title: cloaks clipping through mounts
    Reproduction Rate: 2/2

    Details: Players' cloaks are clipping through mounts if the cloak is equipped while mounted.
    Steps to Reproduce: Mount a mount and then remove/re-wear a cloak. Cloaks are hidden when mounting initially.

    this also applies to putting on gear other than the cloak when mounted: put on a cloak, mount the horse, cloak disappears. while mounted, put on a helm, helm appears, but so does the cloak.
