[Fixed 68192] Elixir Reception will not let me choose to train

    Elixir Receptive skill stays on Untrain only, can not select to train on the skill.

    Verified on QA 1093, since I already had unlocked Elixir Extension on live.

    Details: elixir receptive is locked at 'unlearn' unless Elixir Extension is unlocked.
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to set Elixir Receptive to Training without having unlocked Elixir Extension.
