[Fixed 68377] Using a dread artifact destroys it

Title: Using the Scepter of Dread destroys the Scepter of Dread
Reproduction Rate: 2/2 once on QA and can 100% replicate in live offline.

Details: While activating the Scepter of Dread by using the words of power for it, the Scepter of Dread was destroyed. I believe it is supposed to be destroying the Elixir of Dread, but that is still present in my inventory. This item is not returned when logging out and back in. This also causes you to never be able to select any combat deck, even when not in combat.

Steps to Reproduce: Have the Scepter of Dread and the Elixir of Dread unlocked and in your inventory. Be out of combat mode. Equip the Scepter of Dread. In the chat window, type /l to go to Local chat. In the chat window type Wast Ylem Gaus Jura Hex Exim Xen and press enter. You will use the Blast of Dread attack. Open character sheet and equip a different weapon. The Scepter of Dread will be gone from inventory and bank (just checked the bank to be sure).

Can anyone confirm this as well, following the steps above?

 

verified for all three dread artifacts. after using, i cannot drag the items off my paperdoll but i can drag other items into those slots, which should send them to my inventory but does not. i also have all three reagents still.

not seeing any issue changing decks, though.
