    Title: Unable to place crown store ivy on Tower Village.

    Details:
    I can find no surface on the ramparts, ledges, walls that I cam place Ivy. The only location that permits and exterior wall attachment is the square and flat area by the front door. Attempting to place a hanging banner or other wall attachment on the exterior of the tower also fails.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Attempt to place IVY on and of the exterior curved segments or balcony/rampart ledges if the Tower (Village) home. The round white one.
    Attempt to place a hanging banner or other wall attachment on the exterior of the tower.
