Title: Unable to place floor deco in top front locked room of the Dry Docked Huge Pirate GAlleon Keep home, and unable to exit the right back door that leads to the large back deck, and unable to place on any deco on the large back deck.

Details: I can place deco on the walls only. When I attempt to place an item on the floor, both the interior and exterior ui blink, like its confused if deco in the room is counted inside or out, and it wont let the deco be placed. *With extensive item testing, I discovered that I can place the deco eggs on the floor, but oddly enough, that is the only deco that will work. Also, the right door leading out to the back deck will open, but you cant walk out the door, if on the deck you can open and walk in.
Steps to Reproduce: Place an item on the floor in the top front room, it will not let you place anything, but the deco eggs. Open right door, that leads to deck, you cant walk out, but you can walk in from the deck, but you cant put any deco on it. Thank you

A year later, can we get this expensive house fixed please?

1. Main deck, front room still does not take deco on the floor except for a very few items.
2. Right side doorway to back balcony still too small to allow normal passage.
3. None of the doors have the option to keep "Always Open" but the gun ports do. (Also noticed doors shut a lot faster than most)
4. Can't place deco on rear balcony but you can place deco on the roof above it
