[Resolved] Unable to repair a Tool at Crafting Station "You do not have the ingredients..."

    Blocker? Can't repair tool
    Details / Steps to Reproduce:
    + Crafting Station
    + "Repair & Salvage"
    + Repair Item (Minor): 4 Carpentry Repair Kits in inventory

    Answer: "You do not have the ingredients to craft the recipe. Please make sure you have all the ingredients required and that all tools have durability."

    --> Tool to be repaired is a Harvesting Axe 10/91.

    @Paladin Michael, you do not repair tools on a table. you do not repair tools with a carpentry kit, whether on or off a table. you use a tool repair kit, only within your inventory.

    Thank you for information, Alley Oop :)

    I knew about the tool repair kit and it was in my inventory.
    Never used it before, because of prosperity tools.
    I tried it for the first time with an alt character.

    Anyway:
    - Even it is not a "bug", the information given on screen is irritating.

    - And why is it not possible to repair tools on a carpentry table?

    - How should a new player get to this conclusion and the given information about missing ingredients?

    Yes, I should read the player instructions more often. Believe me, I do read it often.

    But after years I had no idea. Well, maybe a tooltip on tools / toolkit could give some information :)
