    Title: Can walk through mountains in Mistrrendur

    Details: Looks like the mountains in this area have the wrong hex assignment, because they are don't block and/or the nav mesh is for the ... "underlaying" ground.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go here and try some mountain climbing.

    verified, but this might be a tradeoff to make the whole area passable. i don't think that grassy pass northwest is a whole hex wide, so hex-based collision would block it too.
