    Title: Surface Decoration Issues
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? N
Details: Multiple items placed near the edges of surfaces actually drop down in to the edge. (see screenshots)
This was reproduced in multiple houses on multiple different flat surfaces with different deco items. COTO and drop items did not seem to make a difference as to where the items fall in to the edge.
This may be related to the old Slightly-Used Geisterseelen issues which would only place on the edge of items.
Steps to Reproduce: Place vases, boxes, bottles, plants, cups plus loads of other objects near the edge of a surface. i.e. fireplace, bar, table
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor (4) System RAM: 16381
GPU: Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics GPU RAM: 2027
    Area: PRT_forest_metropolis_01/Taenby Landing
    Area Display Name: Taenby Landing
    Loc: (-7.5, 38.9, -114.9)
    Debug: UFJUX2ZvcmVzdF9tZXRyb3BvbGlzXzAxfFRhZW5ieSBMYW5kaW5nfCgtNy41MjcsIDM4Ljg3NiwgLTExNC45Myl8KDAsIC0wLjk3OCwgMCwgLTAuMjEpfDE1NS45NTM5fDI5Ljk3Mjc5fDQuMzU2NDY2

verified with an ornate tavern counter b and a pale vase with tree. i'm not sure if this is a bunch of bugged small deco items, or some bugged furniture deco surfaces, or both, or just a change in the way they interact.
