Title: Tanglemire - strange whitewater effects are extending upstream of the waterfall
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
Details: I am not sure this is a bug, but it does appear odd. The whitewater effects extend up from the waterfall and into the pond. When the avatar moves, the whitewater effects follow the avatar around. It seems as if the actual waterfall visuals on the other side of the log are also appearing above the waterfall and on top of the pond.
    Steps to Reproduce: see above

[Verified] This one does look strange in game - almost as if the pond floor is translucent and you are seeing the water-fall through the floor of the pond.
