So, I started a Truth path character, went and completed the tutorial area, and then entered the moon rift and teleported to the Blood River Massacre area. I then quit when I got there.

This of course causes any memory leaks in said program to escalate over time as opposed to restarting it each launch, as well as using a minute amount of processor time for it's idle loop.

Reading the Unity 3D manual in the past for my time as a volunteer PlayTester for Kerbal Space Program, I happen to know that there are certain ways to reduce this using properly timed explicit GC routines.

Unity3D fails to run Explicit GC when other game engines would, and presumes the programmer would have it.

Explicit GCs allow you to create a strategized performance trade-off in the game by doing a garbage collection...

Logged off for a couple of hours, came back after the patch 883 (i'm assuming since no notes are up yet) and my memory usage when the game is loading goes up to 12-13 gig and freezes everything. This is happening when the load screen hits about 66% which is shown as equipping avatars.
