Title: Server update caused vendor window to stick between scenes

Details: Probably super rare. I was signing for a purchase right as the network disconnect -> instance closing in 60 minutes server event happened. Now the persons vendor window is stuck on my screen, even after teleporting elsewhere. I did not leave the instance to the new one when given the option, as I was hoping the transaction would finish. I am now in a different scene and can't close that window.
Steps to Reproduce: Potentially: Buy something from a vendor right as the server updates.

Update: Accessing another vendor causes the previous one to dump it's shopping cart. Unfortunately I can't close the window still, even though it's a different vendor in a different town.

 

And it locked out ESC -> main menu. Have to use window selector to quit.
