Since you mentioned it is for your guild, you could go with one o the village inns. Don't forget that that there is a craftable one, too.

Personally, I really like the Edelmann Village home.

I like it’s quaint charm, and small size. Perfect for me!

The Elven Keep Village home is my favorite. It has lots of room on both floors, plus the roof area has 4 little turrets you can climb onto. I use the bottom floor of mine as a fully decked-out crafting center.

I f I were rich, i'd have a electic fence all around my property, zap who ever is dumb enough to enter :) HOYAA

    You know what, I did!

Noob mistake #2837: All my planting beds that I painstakingly put down disappeared to the local bank .. I should have put down the house *first*. I had space so I thought the house would go to that empty space - wrong! It went straight to the middle of my lot, lol!

But the saddest part was, after I placed the house it didn’t look that good. It was much larger than I expected (not sure if its due to automatic scaling based on lot size perhaps?). So it appeared to me, to be a larger version of the picture. I wanted a nice small and cozy place. And second thing I noticed was the coloring on the house didn’t “pop” like in the picture, the color seemed washed and faded. So, basically it didn’t look nearly as nice as depicted in the picture when I finally went to all the trouble of finding it, purchasing it, and then “installing” it.

(perhaps I will try it on my Village lot later...:) )

I really love the look of the Viking homes and the rustic homes and the log cabin. It does depend on your style. I also like gothic inn with wall paper even though I have the obsidian one. I cannot remember the rustic homes name though. There's a beautiful one in owlshead and I'm thinking we have one in Wizards Rest but I can't check atm since I'm out of town.

I always discourage locking of doors in Wizards Rest. I love to look at the beautiful decorating efforts from the residents and also it is great to see different types of houses. I freely admit I'm a nosey neighbor and no one can take your stuff unless you let them by giving high enough permissions on your lot stone or lot sign. Guest/tenant status means no taking what so ever.

may i recommend the craftable shogun bungalow? it's even smaller and it's got that nice blue roof and sliding doors. my only dislikes are that currently, the shutters still default closed (bugged) and that the open space under the roof isn't open on the inside, it's got kind of a low ceiling. i use mine for a kitchen on a lot that has a veggie garden and outdoor seating.

Ah, yes it’s very nice, small and cozy! Is the player crafted version completely identical to the non-crafted version?

no, the non-crafted version is about twice as big and has the swoopy curved roof.

One interesting thing about the Circle of Stones, if you attach lights to the stones, they count as Interior Lights. :)
